We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product description, or suspected fraudulent activity. If your order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

For COD orders, payment is due in full at the time of delivery. Repeated refusal of COD orders without valid reason may result in future orders being restricted to prepaid only.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. Klynza is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers.
